We now offer a full mail order service via overnight carrier, subject to a minimum order value of £20 (excluding the £15 delivery charge).

Please note the animal price DOES NOT include the delivery charge – this is £15 per box (and please note we have boxes that can hold over 15 frags).

On receipt of your order we will contact you to confirm if the animals are in stock, or if not when we expect them to be available, and at this time will take your payment details (payment is via debit or credit card, paypal, bank transfer or cheque). We will confirm the order via email, showing confirmation of delivery address, details of the animals and a confirmed delivery date.

Payment is required in full prior to despatch of the animals – if payment is made by cheque then the animals will be despatched once the cheque has cleared our bank account.

Delivery is via overnight carrier, with delivery by 12 the following day, our usual delivery day for orders is Friday – please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to sign for the order, otherwise it will be taken back by the courier to their depot and a card left at the delivery address – which is likely to result in the order being held for another night – and in these circumstances we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

All our orders are despatched in strong polystyrene boxes, with the animals in triple boxes surrounded by bubble wrap, plus heat packs, and all boxes are marked fragile.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for losses incurred during transit and in the case of ‘failed’ delivery attempts – our packaging is more than adequate for the animals, and no couriers will insure livestock – in fact most couriers will not even handle livestock.
